PITCHERS' CLINIC

We will work with league PITCHERS on Wednesday, May 16th at Pontiff at 6:30 PM.

This workout is open to all league pitchers and will last about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

We will work on form, balance

 weight transfer, holding runners and general delivery principles.




Next games are Saturday, May 19th as per the schedule.
